Latin America meets to discuss Cancer

On 14, 15 and 16 April was held in Buenos Aires the ALICC Assembly 2016. LALCEC, The Liga Argentina de Lucha Contra El Cáncer, hosted the annual meeting that brings together members of the Asociación Latina e Ibérica Contra el Cáncer in the work session resulted addressing the civil society LATAM in cancer control, as well as strengthening our network.

It was an opportunity to share the unique realities of the countries and converse with our peers in the fight against cancer. The different Latin American countries have made progress and necessary steps with a major impact on the number and shape. These successes being promoted and linked correctly, would allow countries saving resources management and replicating them and adapting them to their territories.

In person and by video conference, we had the presence of exponents of unmatched quality, as Deloitte, fundamental auditing processes for transparency, Marval O'Farrell as legal counsel, UICC to treat our participation in the World Cancer Congress and Cancer research UK Cancer Survival Group, with which research is underway in the region.
